Trillion Mortgage, one of Utah’s premier mortgage brokers, was established in 2003 by Steven DeYoung. Trillion Mortgage is located in the Salt Lake Valley and services customers throughout the state of Utah.
As of 2020 we are also able to help customers in the states of Florida, Idaho, and Texas.

Borned and raised in Utah. Happily married to Rachelle and father of four children, Cameron, Calliegh, Landon, and Anabelle, understands the importance of family, his most precious treasure. That’s why he dedicated his life to helping others get in the house of their dreams so it can become a home to their loved ones. Steve has more than 19 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry and has helped thousands of people make educated choices that have lead them to make smart investments and reach money saving goals for personal and business. Steve believes in serving others and giving back to the community, he hosts free seminars and magnificent events, to new and previous clients because he never forgets those who trust him for years with their real estate needs.
